Early Childhood Specialist

Responsible for implementing high quality, developmentally appropriate programming in early learning center serving children ages six weeks to 9 years old.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Required

    18 years old and High School graduate or GED

  • Required

    Ability to be fingerprinted and receive Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card

  • Required

    6 months work or volunteer experience in licensed child care setting

  • Preferred

    2 years child care experience

Community Resource Officer

Ensure security and safety of people and property on the Thunderbird Family Village (TFV) campus by patrolling areas on foot, staffing the security booth, and enforcing Homeward Bound rules and guidelines. Report on campus activity related to clients, staff, and visitors.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Required

    Establish and maintain effective communication with clients who may have experienced domestic violence, homelessness, and/or related trauma

  • Required

    High school diploma or GED and 1+ year(s) experience handling client/customer/facility safety and security issues, or similar
    experience

  • Required

    Maintain strict standards of confidentiality regarding any information related to client families, visitors, staff, and agency operations

  • Preferred

    Bilingual in English and Spanish, Certification in First Aid and CPR
